– 1 lb Moonwell Buffalo Meat (cubed)
– 1 cup basmati rice
– 1 medium onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, grated
– 1 tsp turmeric powder
– 1 tsp cumin seeds
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– 3 cups low-sodium beef broth or water
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Rinse rice under cold water until clear. Set aside.
2. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
