• All products sold on www.dishro.com are digital recipe PDFs.
• No physical goods are shipped.
• Once your payment is confirmed, your files are delivered electronically and available for immediate download.
• In rare cases of system delays, delivery may take up to 24 hours. If you do not receive your file, contact us at info@dishro.com.

2. Return & Refund Policy

• Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns once a file has been delivered.
• Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:
  • You were charged more than once for the same product (duplicate charge).
  • You received the wrong file.
  • The file is corrupted, unreadable, or otherwise defective.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by emailing info@dishro.com.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
