Ingredients:

– 1 lb Moonwell Buffalo Meat (cut into 1-inch cubes)
– 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp ground cumin
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1/2 tsp turmeric
– 1/2 tsp ground coriander
– 1/4 tsp cinnamon
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Skewers (wooden or metal)
– Fresh parsley or mint for garnish
Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cinnamon, garlic, lemon
juice, salt, and pepper.
2. Add buffalo cubes to the marinade. Toss well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2
hours (or overnight).
3. If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes before use.
4. Thread the marinated buffalo cubes onto skewers.
5. Grill on medium-high heat for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until nicely browned and
cooked through.
OR bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15–20 minutes, turning halfway.
6. Garnish with chopped herbs and serve hot.
