Serving Tip:
————
Serve hot with steamed basmati rice or warm naan.

Rich, aromatic, and deeply comforting, this Mutton Curry is a true celebration of bold spices and slow-simmered tenderness. Made with premium Moonwell Mutton, the dish layers flavors from caramelized onions, garlic, and ginger with a warm blend of coriander, cumin, turmeric, and chili. Whole cardamom pods and a cinnamon stick infuse the curry with a subtle sweetness and fragrance, creating a balance of heat, depth, and warmth in every bite.

As the curry simmers gently for over an hour, the mutton becomes fall-apart tender while soaking up the complex spice base. A spoonful of yogurt can be added for extra creaminess, making the sauce silky and rich without overpowering the spices. The result is a hearty, nourishing curry that is both wholesome and indulgent.

Perfect for cozy nights or weekend cooking, this curry pairs beautifully with fluffy basmati rice or warm naan to soak up every drop of the sauce. High in protein and packed with flavor, it also works wonderfully for meal prep — tasting even better the next day as the spices continue to develop.

This dish isn’t just dinner; it’s comfort in a bowl, bringing warmth, tradition, and nourishment to your table.
